This tutorial takes you through a Precast/Prestressed Girder design, step-by-step, demonstrating how to add a beam section to the library, and how to access the prestressing tendon and live load libraries. It also illustrates how to input a pedestrian/sidewalk load and use transformed section properties. Tutorial 3 also introduces the section drawing editor used to compute beam section properties. In this tutorial, you will be designing beam 2 of span 1 for the bridge shown in the following figures.
